What You'll Learn
Through a project-based learning approach, you’ll learn how to apply core Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques to your unique situation and make products, processes and services faster and more efficient. Upon your successful completion of the six-week Lean Six Sigma Green Belt program, you will be able to:

- Lead a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt project through the five phases of DMAIC methodology (define, measure, analyze, improve, control)
