Overview

The Lean Practitioner Certificate, offered by Emory University, provides a comprehensive introduction to Lean principles and practices. In just six weeks, participants will learn how to implement effective Kaizen events, identify and eliminate waste, improve process flow, and strive for zero defects and zero waste across all processes and actions.
